Salon SETT reveals new brand dedicated to café, hotel, restaurant market

Leading outdoor hospitality trade show, Salon SETT, has announced it will reveal a new brand during its 47th edition at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier from 3 to 5 November, 2026.

SETT Hospitality is the name of this new initiative, which is focused on the café, hotel, restaurant (CHR) universe – it will feature an entire pavilion (B1) reserved for integrated solutions and innovative services for traditional hospitality.

Salon SETT organisers say that this new part of the show has come about due to the significant rise in catering standards within campsites and holiday parks around Europe.

Philippe Robert, President of the Fédération de l’Hôtellerie de Plein Air Occitanie, organiser of SETT, explained: “For several years, campsites have definitively moved beyond the simple snack bar to host real cafés, restaurants and accommodation offers that meet the standards of traditional hotellerie.

“With Sett Hospitality, our goal is to respond to a new reality: the convergence of the outdoor accommodation and hospitality industries, which began at the last editions of the show through a partnership with the Occitanie Union of Hospitality Trades and Industries (UMIH). This expansion of the SETT’s offering will enable campsite managers to continue to professionalise their catering services, while opening up access to the SETT’s unique ‘outdoor’ expertise to restaurateurs, hoteliers and café owners.”

SETT Hospitality will give campsite operators a complete overview of available solutions in the CHR space, including professional cooking equipment, furnishings, tableware, management and payment systems, and other smart innovations.

The brand will feature its own unique logo and marketing plan that is targeted at CHR operators to help ensure that the Salon SETT show will give professionals the opportunity to plan the entire holiday experience for their guests.
