A new one-day event for professionals in the European glamping industry is set to take place in Portugal this spring.
The Glamping Show European Forum will take place at the Lumen Hotel in Lisbon on 18 March 2026, and is being organised by The Glamping Show, International Glamping Business Magazine, and supported by Portuguese outdoor hospitality accommodation provider Glamping Revolution.
The event will offer a full schedule of insight-led seminars from prominent names in the glamping industry, as well as a curated networking lunch and a drinks reception to close out the day.
At present, speakers include Luís Brites from Clever Hospitality Analytics, Lars Schäfer from Glamping Advisors, Sarah Roley from Inspired Courses, Ronnie Smith from Glamping Revolution, Kerry Roy from Cerchio Del Desiderio, and several others yet to be confirmed.
Topics covered will include the landscape for outdoor hospitality in 2026, glamping as an additional revenue stream, get booked out in times of doubt, return on investment for different types of glamping structures, and introducing wellness and retreats.
All talks will be conducted in English, and organisers say the event is specially designed for glamping site owners and operators, start-ups and new entrants, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers, and industry professionals looking to grow, scale, or diversify.
The Lumen Hotel, which is hosting the event, is around 10 minutes in a taxi from Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport.
