IRM creates a new mobile home design to house seasonal workers on campsites

Mobile home producer IRM, a brand of the BIO Habitat Group, has revealed a new mobile home design that is specifically made to help the needs of campsites that need to accommodate seasonal workers.

The IRM Cahita Trio is built on a 10.60m x 4m chassis but features three separate studios to house seasonal workers and allow them to have privacy.

Each studio features a bright living space at the front with a sleeping area and small bathroom at the rear, as well as ample storage space for each staff member.

IRM states that each accommodation within the Cahita Trio is autonomous and isolated from the other by a double wall containing acoustic insulation.

Not only is this a cost-effective way for campsites and holiday parks to comfortably accommodate their seasonal workers, but it also helps them be better employers to a wider range of seasonal workers.

IRM is based in La Chaize le Vicomte in the Vendée in France and has been established since 1992. It was among the first mobile home builders to be established in the country and was started by Jean Tessier, who originally imported English mobile homes into France.

The company has six different facilities in France and one in Italy (Castello d’Argile).
