Professionals from across the hospitality and open-air tourism industry are preparing to attend the 2026 edition of InOut | The Hospitality Community, which takes place in Rimini, Italy from 14 to 16 October.
The exhibition is designed for those who design, furnish, and transform hospitality spaces, and together with TTG Travel Experience, will host more than 2,700 brands across its halls this autumn. Last year’s event attracted more than 72,000 visitors as well as over 1,000 buyers from 75 different countries.
Visitors can expect to see brands and manufacturers from a wide range of different industry sectors that serve hospitality, including technology and services, indoor furniture, pools and wellness, outdoor, hotel supplies, beach furniture and equipment, camping and glamping products, sport and entertainment, specialised media, and associations and institutions.
The show works in partnership with many different organisations such as Federalberghi, FAITA-Federcamping, Assosport, AIPI – Italian Association of Professional Interior Designers, the Order of Architects PPC of the Province of Rimini, ADI Association for Industrial Design, and the Territorial Delegation ADI Emilia-Romagna. Many important delegates from these organisations will attend the show and some of them will also speak in the comprehensive programme of seminars and talks.
InOut | The Hospitality Community and TTG Travel Experience are organised by the Italian Exhibition Group – and the theme for the events in 2026 will be ‘exist’.
“For tourism and hospitality companies,” explained Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager, Tourism & Hospitality Division of IEG “Exist means designing experiences that give back time, attention, density. A concrete response to the new needs of travellers, today more than ever in search of moments that are not only ‘instagrammable’, but memorable because they lived within a trip no longer seen exclusively as entertainment, but also as a moment of reconnection.”
The events are ready to reconfirm themselves as the meeting point for hospitality and organised tourism professionals, bringing together in a single appointment content, ideas, opportunities and connections for the entire sector.
