Schattdecor SE realigns Executive Board responsibilities

Décor printing expert Schattdecor SE has announced the reorganisation of responsibilities within its Executive Board; in a move it describes as being part of its continued strategic development.

Robert Vuga (pictured above, right) is stepping down from his position on the Executive Board, where he was responsible for global sales, to pursue new professional opportunities. His place will be taken by Claudia Küchen (pictured above, left), who will, in addition to her existing responsibilities for design, marketing and communications, assume responsibility for global sales.

Robert Vuga has been with Schattdecor Group for some 26 years and has played a significant role in shaping the company’s development, according to a statement from the company.

“Since 2024, Robert has been responsible for the Group’s global sales activities,” the statement read. “In a period marked by substantial organisational and strategic change, he provided important impetus and closely supported the structural developments required within the global sales organisation.

“Schattdecor SE would like to express its sincere gratitude to Robert Vuga for the many years of trusted collaboration, his outstanding commitment and his valuable contributions to the development of the Group. The Supervisory Board, Executive Board and the shareholder family wish him every success and all the very best for both his professional and personal future.”

Claudia Küchen’s new responsibilities will bring together key market- and customer-facing functions within one Executive Board division, enabling even closer collaboration and a stronger customer focus across the organisation.

In addition to Claudia Küchen, the Schattdecor Executive Board consists of Dr. Derick Beitel as Spokesperson of the Executive Board and Executive Board member responsible for Finance, IT and HR, Claus Neuffer as Executive Board member responsible for Technology, Technical Decor Development and Sustainability, and Michael Then as Executive Board member responsible for Production and Procurement.
