British park and holiday home manufacturer Swift Group has announced the expansion of its S-Pod range with the upcoming launch of the Ruisseau model.
This new twin-unit S-Pod has been designed to help parks offer more space, flexibility, and opportunity to their customers with a stylish, urban-inspired interior, central open-plan lounge and kitchenette with integrated appliances, two separate double bedrooms, and a private front and side patio with hot tub-ready infrastructure.
The unit measures 7.92m in length and 6.19m in width and can sleep four in its two bedrooms, plus the option to sleep a further two people on the sofa bed in the living area.
Manufactured at Swift’s headquarters in Cottingham, East Yorkshire, the Ruisseau has a fully galvanised chassis with a 10-year warranty, bonded exterior walls, high thermal efficiency, externally ventilated extractor, LED ceiling lights, electrical and USB sockets, and integrated kitchen appliances such as a counter fridge and microwave.
The Ruisseau also benefits from a three-year Manufacturer Supersure Warranty and five-year structural warranty – while the entire unit is built to the latest EN1647 standard.
Other features include Thermaglas uPVC double glazing, 60mm insulation in the floor, 90mm insulation in the roof, 80mm insulation in the walls, new click seam roof panels, a hidden gutter system, and Sierra and Black vertical CanExel exterior cladding with Anthracite uPVC windows with push-button security locks.

In a previous interview with Mobile Home Business, Swift Group’s CCO, Nick Page, described the company’s S-Pod range as one that goes from strength to strength.
“Our Spod range’s success comes from offering a quirky, ‘Instagramable’ open plan holiday unit with an efficient footprint, yet they feel surprisingly spacious and luxurious,” he said. “They have a versatile integrated veranda providing additional living space and bringing the outside in. S-Pods work well where they blend into the surroundings, such as woodland areas, they look good in natural environments and we have further developments to this range in the pipeline.”
