French mobile home and chalet producer Hekipia has revealed a completely redesigned version of its popular Ottawa model, featuring a large panoramic window, improved lounge space, and a separate dining area.
The new and improved Ottawa was showcased at several industry shows throughout the autumn and features 33 square metres of living space that is complimented by a 14 square metre terrace.
The interior design of the chalet features three independent bedrooms as well as a spacious living room and kitchen-dining area. There is also a bathroom with a double vanity unit and a separate toilet.
Hekipia says the new Ottawa is designed to provide a spacious and welcoming setting for families, with up to six people able to be comfortably accommodated in the bedrooms and living area.
The walls of the Ottawa are made from steel panels with 40mm-thick polyurethane isolation, while the ceiling is constructed from isolated steel panels with the same insulation.
All windows, including the large panoramic ones at the front, are double-glazed with aluminium frames, while the standard floor is 19mm OSB with the option to have 60mm polyurethane insulating flooring.
The external terrace features a sheltered pergola, while all the interior equipment is of a high standard, with the possibility to customise with optional extras according to the needs of each customer.
Based in Lyon, Hekipia has produced almost 30,000 chalets in its 37 years of trading via its 9,000 square metre production site.
