Italian mobile home producer VPF Case Mobil has launched a new programme designed to help campsites and other outdoor hospitality site owners replace and update their accommodation offerings.
The programme is called Rottama and Renewal and is an initiative designed by VPF to help site owners dispose of obsolete mobile homes, allowing VPF to disassemble and remove them, while then allowing the Italian company to install new units that are designed to last for many years.
VPF is offering personalised evaluations to campsites, tourist villages, holiday parks, and other open-air accommodation facilities to help establish new projects under this programme that will provide tailor-made solutions.
A statement by the company explained: “With Rottama and Renewal, VPF is not limited to providing new mobile homes. It offers a structured process, which includes preliminary analysis of the units to be replaced; disassembly and withdrawal planning; personalised proposal of new models; and technical and commercial support at every stage.
“The goal is to make renewal simple, fast and sustainable, even for facilities with numerous units to replace.”
Upgrading accommodation in this way is an important thing for holiday park owners to consider, according to VPF. The company says it not only helps improve guest experience, but also increases the value of sites, reduces maintenance costs in the medium to long term, adapts parks to current standards of expectation when it comes to comfort and functionality in a competitive market.
