Rimini welcomes back InOut | The Hospitality Community

From October 8 to 10, 2025, the Rimini Expo Centre will once again become the beating heart of the international tourism and hospitality industry with the return of TTG Travel Experience and InOut | The Hospitality Community, organised by Italian Exhibition Group. These two events, now fully integrated, bring together the entire ecosystem of tourism and accommodation under one roof, creating a dynamic space for networking, innovation, and strategic vision.

The 62nd edition is built around the theme “Awake to a New Era”, which is not just a slogan but a clear call to action. The tourism world is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by post-pandemic shifts, digital acceleration, and the growing demand for authentic, regenerative, and sustainable travel experiences. In this context, the event becomes a crucial platform to collectively shape a new mindset for the industry.

TTG Travel Experience reaffirms its role as the leading B2B marketplace for organised tourism, where international and Italian buyers meet tour operators, tourism boards, destinations, and hospitality providers. One of the key innovations this year is My Agenda by TTG, a powerful digital platform that facilitates precise matchmaking between buyers and sellers, optimising meetings and business opportunities.

Another highlight is the rapid growth of TTG Next Start Up, the area dedicated to emerging companies bringing innovation through digital services, sustainable mobility, and disruptive technologies. This edition also expands its focus on thermal and nautical tourism, sectors currently enjoying significant market growth.

In perfect synergy, InOut | The Hospitality Community addresses the needs of professionals who design, furnish, and renovate hospitality spaces. It targets hotels, hotel chains, campsites, beach resorts, architects, designers, and contractors, presenting cutting-edge solutions for a more conscious, comfortable, and efficient hospitality experience.

The 2025 edition of InOut will revolve around three main thematic areas:

  • Well-being: Two halls will explore the concept of holistic hospitality, where wellness, physical and mental regeneration, food, and sport become central to the guest experience.
  • Sports & Fitness: Reflecting the integration of physical activity into modern tourism.
  • Technology: Showcasing smart hospitality solutions—voice-activated room controls, seamless check-in/check-out, AI-driven services, and smart home systems—designed to improve both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

“The paradigms of the past are no longer sufficient to understand today’s complexity. Tourism must evolve,” says Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager of TTG and InOut. “‘Awake To a New Era’ represents this collective awakening: a new awareness that calls on the entire industry to rethink its strategies and dynamics.”

Supporting this transformation are logistical upgrades and new services. Among them, the Rome–Rimini direct flight operated by Luxwing (October 7–10) offers a fast and convenient solution for buyers and professionals, boosting international attendance—already up 15% in the previous edition. This new connection joins a network of efficient travel options, including Riminifiera Railway Station, just 50 metres from the Expo Centre’s South Entrance, directly on the Milan–Bari line.
