Bio Habitat announces Sébastien Philibert as new Chief Executive

French mobile home manufacturer Bio Habitat has announced that Sébastien Philibert will be taking over as Chief Executive of the company.

Sébastien (pictured above, left) will officially take up the position in September, following a collaborative handover period with current Chief Executive Patrick Mahé (pictured above, right), who announced he would be stepping down from the position earlier this year.

Patrick Mahé is regarded as a key figure in the transformation and growth of Bio Habitat, which owns popular brands including IRM, O’Hara, Coco Sweet, and BHI.

A statement from Bio Habitat thanked Patrick for ‘his commitment, his industrial vision and his contribution to the sector’s development’.

He will remain involved with the company in an advisory role to help ensure a smooth transition of leadership.

Sébastien Philibert brings extensive experience in leading complex industrial organisations to Bio Habitat and also has an in-depth knowledge of the outdoor hospitality industry.

Bio Habitat said that Sébastien’s ‘expertise and vision are real assets that will support the company’s development and future ambitions’.
