Aermont Capital has agreed to acquire the UK assets of Sun Communities, Inc., including its Park Holidays UK business, which is a major holiday park provider with more than 50 parks across the country.
The agreement is an all-cash transaction, with the total cash consideration received at closing subject to certain customary locked box adjustments, inclusive of the cash profits of Park Holidays up to the completion of the transaction.
Sun Communities is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates in the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle markets and says that this strategic transaction will allow it to fully focus on its core North American business in both portfolios.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
Originally founded in 1984, Park Holidays UK began in Rye in East Sussex. It was acquired by Sun Communities in April 2022.
