A host of major park and leisure home manufacturers as well as components producers, suppliers, holiday park owners and operators, and other outdoor tourism companies all gathered together for four days this summer at the 2025 edition of the World of Park and Leisure Homes Show.
The event took place from 5 to 8 June at the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre (NAEC) in Stoneleigh, just south of Coventry in the United Kingdom.
It was the 22nd edition of the show, and it hosted a wide range of exhibitors including major manufacturers like Omar Group, Pathfinder Homes, Pemberton Park and Leisure Homes, Your Retreats, and Hawthorne Lodges.
The first day of the event was reserved for trade and press only, before opening up to the public for the remaining three days.
Mobile Home Business attended the event to report on the latest news, gauge the current mood in the industry, and also take note of any interesting innovations or new ideas that could help shape its future. Here’s what we discovered on a very typical rainy British day…

Gateway Chassis
A key chassis provider to the park and leisure home industry in the UK, Gateway Chassis offers a wide range of designs to suit the needs of many different manufacturers. As well as a range of six different main chassis models to cater for everything from high-end premium lodges to caravan holiday homes, Gateway also produces chassis for modular builds and pods. The company claims that it pays close attention to the environment by analysing energy consumption and the environmental impact of its manufacturing and installations.

PowerPark
PowerPark says it offers Europe’s largest range of electrical distribution and hook-up systems for the holiday and residential park home industry. The company not only helps holiday and residential parks keep their electrical infrastructure up to date but also supplies electric vehicle charging points, which is becoming increasingly important. One of the key brands it works with is Rolec EV – a world-leading specialist in the design, manufacture, installation and supply of an extensive range of outdoor electrical equipment for three decades.

Universal Chassis
Universal Chassis is one of the United Kingdom’s leading chassis builders for park homes, holiday homes, mobile homes, and even glamping units. The company is based in Corby, Northamptonshire, and its strong expertise in chassis means it builds many different types including galvanised chassis, which are designed to offer impressive corrosion resistance for up to 15 years for mobile homes located in saltwater environments. The company also produces ring beams, which can be added to an existing chassis to maximise a building’s strength.

Radix
Based in Dundee, Scotland, Radix is an expert in manufacturing ground screws and fittings that have a wide range of applications across the mobile home and open-air tourism industry. In recent years, the company on a number of varied projects that showcase what it can do including ground screw foundations and structural timber rings on Inverlonan Bothies in Loch Nell, a ground screw pile foundation system for holiday lodges in Thirlestane Castle, and ground screw installation for glamping pods in Angus Glens that required minimal environmental impact.

Tiny House Pro
The tiny house movement is still in its infancy in the UK, but there are several companies making an effort to meet the demand that does exist and bring the sector forward. One such name is Tiny House Pro, which showcased its Miami tiny house, which offers a modern small-space design with sleek architectural lines and warm timber cladding. The Miami offers two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) as well as a comfortable sofa bed for a further two guests. An open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a good-sized bathroom are complemented by a spacious front deck outside.

Sunseeker
A well-established name in holiday homes, Sunseeker used this show to provide a look at its relatively new and growing offering of park homes. The main focus of attention on its stand was the Cotswold park home, which offers a contemporary interior with comfortable furnishings, as well as modern comforts such as double-glazed windows and central heating. This two-bedroom park home is available in two different floorplans both featuring spacious kitchens, bedrooms with plenty of storage, open-plan living areas, and even fitted fireplaces.

Hawthorne
This mobile home and lodge manufacturer from Northern Ireland combines state-of-the-art computer technology with decades of hands-on craftsmanship to build a wide range of units to meet the visions of different clients. The business was established in 1984 in a small shed initially as a roof truss manufacturer. During the mid-1990’s due to growth, Hawthorne invested heavily in technology and design and also expanded their factory further to begin manufacturing timber frames. Today, it produces holiday and residential lodges, tree houses glamping pods and modular homes.

Pemberton
Another of the UK’s major players, Pemberton had a large presence at the show, and among other things, showcased its all-new Skydale 30ft x 20ft home. Constructed according to the BS3632 Residential Specification, this contemporary mobile home offers superior insulation, energy efficiency, and year-round comfort. Inside, you’ll find modern lighting, concrete-effect dining and coffee table, and soft kitchen plinth and under-cupboard lighting to create a warm ambience.

Parkhouse Air Conditioning
This Worcester-based company is a major supplier of air conditioning and heating solutions to the mobile home industry in the UK. It offers air conditioning units and heat pumps from some of the world’s biggest brands – such as Toshiba, Mitsubishi, and Midea – to the UK market including the stylish wood-clad Daiseikai unit as well as smart technology like the ability to control heating systems via your smartphone. The company’s Director, Paul Atkins, told Mobile Home Business that in recent years word-of-mouth between end users has been a big sales driver for the company.

Your Retreats
Luxury holiday home manufacturer Your Retreats showcased how far the world of high-end mobile homes has come with its premium-finish Kos lodge. The company says that every aspect of the design of this lodge has been made to make you feel like you are at home. They also say it has been inspired by the quality of Scandinavian craftsmanship with feature LED lighting, full glass frontage, long-lasting timber cladding, and an imposing overhang at the entrance. The lodge can accommodate two to four people and offers a floor size between 680 sq ft and 1,210 sq ft depending on the model.

Omar Group
One of the United Kingdom’s largest designers and manufacturers of park homes, luxury lodges, and premium holiday homes, the Omar Group, took the chance of being at this important industry event to host a celebration for its 60th anniversary, which it is marking this year. With a head office in Brandon, Suffolk, Omar Group has several other facilities around the UK and owns brands including Omar Park and Leisure Homes, Wessex Unique Lodges and Park Homes, Regal Leisure Homes, OPDS Park Development Services, Omar Refurbishment Services, and UK Sundecks Ltd.

BritMet
Lightweight roofing specialist to the industry BritMet is also a well-known provider of quality external paints for mobile homes. This is something the company was keen to promote at this show, offering a range of different granulated and textured coatings that are trusted by the industry. Operating from its factory in the West Midlands, it produces over 350,000kg of smooth and textured coatings annually. Every batch is engineered for durability, ease of application, and long-lasting weather resistance.

Kömmerling
Known as an expert in windows and doors, Kömmerling was showcasing a new product line to the UK market for the first time at the show. The company gave people the chance to see its new sustainable decking solution called KömaDek. Made from 86 per cent recycled material in its embossed finish and 99 per cent recycled material in its premium laminated version, KömaDek decking is a great solution for holiday or residential mobile homes. It can also be incorporated into Kömmerling’s fence panels and has an expected lifespan of 25 years, with very little maintenance required.

Flood Technology Group
Founded in 2023, Flood Technology Group has made quite a significant impact on the mobile home industry in the United Kingdom in a short space of time. During the World of Park and Leisure Homes Show, the company’s CEO Simon Gilliand showed the Mobile Home Business team its Flood Early Warning System that can help holiday parks detect the risk of flooding before it starts to happen and also its multi-purpose Flood Adaptive Platform. The latter is a mechanical jack system that detects and reacts to flood conditions by elevating the home above any rising water.

Harbur
A specialist in residential park homes, holiday lodges, and modular builds, Harbur is certainly a design-forward company that offers careful attention to detail, sleek aesthetics, and impressive structural integrity. The centrepiece of its stand was the H1, a Scandinavian-inspired lodge launched in 2024 that features warm timber walls and feature windows that stretch onto the ceiling offering plenty of natural light. It also has a concrete fireplace and overall earthy tones that offer a feeling of being one with nature.

Pathfinder
This company has been in the UK industry for some 60 years and offers residential homes, holiday homes, and bespoke builds. Shown here is the Fairway holiday home that Pathfinder says blends rustic farmhouse charm with relaxed, bohemian flair. It features an innovative roof design, two floorplans to choose from, full-length uPVC feature windows, a spacious living area, a feature bathroom, and a deck area that offers outdoor seating with the option to have some privacy thanks to a screen across the main opening.
