HARPA leaders recognised in Women in Trade Associations Powerlist

Two members of the team from the UK’s Holiday and Residential Parks Association (HARPA) have been named in the Women in Trade Associations Powerlist for 2026.

HARPA Director General, Debbie Walker (pictured), and Director of Policy and Public Affairs, Katherine Squires, were both recognised on this annual list as some of the most influential women working in trade associations in the United Kingdom.

The recognition, which is in its fourth year, recognises women who are helping to shape the trade association sector in the UK and is compiled by the Trade Association Forum (TAF) in conjunction with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

“TAF does a fantastic job of bringing together more than 180 trade associations and sharing best practice in how we work with government and stakeholders,” said Debbie Walker.

“I’m proud that Katherine and I are included in this year’s Powerlist. Recognition like this also reflects the dedication and hard work of the team behind us. Their passion for the parks industry and commitment to supporting our members is vital to the work we do.”

HARPA, which is headquartered in Gloucester, represents around 3,000 holiday and residential parks across the UK.

Mobile Home Business will feature an exclusive interview with HARPA Director General Debbie Walker in Issue 3, which will be released this spring.
