Slovenian outdoor accommodation manufacturer Adria Home has agreed a deal for Altura Leisure Consultants to become its exclusive distribution partner in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Founded by Benjamin Nolan-Stone, Altura Leisure Consultants is a boutique advisory firm specialising in leisure resort strategy and supports clients across the United Kingdom and the UAE.
Adria, a leading producer of mobile and modular homes as well as glamping units and other outdoor accommodation solutions, already has a significant presence in the UAE at locations including Dubai Parks & Resorts, Bab Al Nojoum, and Pure Beach.
This new partnership is aimed at increasing the company’s market share in the country and nurturing its growth.
In a statement on LinkedIn, Benjamin said: “What makes this partnership powerful is that Altura offers far more than supply. We support landowners and resort operators end-to-end – from concept design and masterplanning, through financial modelling, funding strategy and delivery.
“The UAE glamping and experiential accommodation market is moving fast. Those acting now will define the next wave.”
One of Adria’s successful projects in the UAE is the coastal resort of Bab Al Nojoum in Abu Dhabi (pictured), in which the company has supplied a number of beachside glamping units that allow users to experience the convergence between sand, sea, and stars.
This site currently has Adria Home models, including the Safari M Loft and the Boutique XL – two safari tent-style accommodation units that offer spacious comfort and high-end fittings and interiors.
