French mobile home manufacturer Melkom has revealed a new double sanitation facility product that is designed to help campsites and holiday parks enhance their offerings.
The new unit features two independent washrooms, each featuring a 100x80cm shower, separate wall-hung toilet, ceramic basin, and even an optional fridge.
Each of the two independent units in this compact sanitation block benefits from customisable access (via front or gable) and is housed inside a robust structure that Melkom is well-known for. The structure benefits from a rot-proof frame, single-slope roof, and reinforced insulation.
Melkom says that the unit is easy to install and can be provided with barriers. It is also customisable to the individual preferences and identity of campsites.
While Melkom is mainly marketing this unit at campsites that want to enhance their bare camping pitches for caravans and motorhomes, it could also be useful in many other types of holiday parks or open-air tourism situations.
Melkom is a designer and manufacturer of high-end mobile homes and other associated open-air tourism products. It is based in the Occitanie region of France in the south of the country.
On its official website, the company says its mobile homes are inspired by grand hotels and the best designers to offer spacious and bright residences that preserve privacy. It also claims to be guided by four main principles: sustainability, excellence, respect for the environment, and innovation.
