Italian mobile home producer VPF Case Mobili has teamed up with well-known resort Holiday Family Village to create a new range of outdoor accommodation designed with premium materials and with sustainability in mind, as reported by our colleagues at Camping Business.
The Wood Lodge project was conceived by Daniele Gatti, the Managing Director of Porto Sant’Elpidio-based Holiday Family Village, with the idea of creating a synergy between the holiday provider and the accommodation manufacturer that produces even better experiences for visitors.
Each Wood Lodge designed and built by VPF for this project benefits from a light and spacious interior with minimalist styling, designed to bring a sense of relaxation to the occupant.
The modern and clean styling of these lodges matches the current taste among holidaymakers in high-end outdoor hospitality – not only from a design point of view, but also from an ethics standpoint too. The lodges have been made to meet the increasing expectations from visitors that environmental responsibility is considered by the producers of mobile homes.

Perhaps the most striking and interesting aspect of this partnership is the fact that these two companies worked collaboratively to create a customised product that meets the identity of where it is located and also features innovations that meet the needs of the location’s customers.
In a statement on social media, VPF Case Mobili said: “We are proud to present the new Wood Lodge mobile homes, created in close collaboration with Holiday Family Village. This project was born from the combination of our experience and the vision of Daniele Gatti, who chose to rely on VPF to transform the village into a true open-air paradise.”
This statement showcases that mobile homes are no longer simply accommodations made as an alternative to hotels; they represent a new architectural solution that can bring to life a campsite’s identity and deliver a specific feeling or mood to the guests who stay there.
