Video highlights from interzum 2025

Some of the latest and greatest innovations in furniture and design components were revealed at the recent annual interzum fair in Köln, Germany from 20-23 May.

The show is an international meeting place with exhibitors and visitors from around the world – and the Mobile Home Business editorial team was there at the Kölnmesse for the event and discovered a wealth of innovations well suited to the RV and mobile living industries.

From lightweight and sustainable materials to bio-based surfaces, space-saving systems, and technologies for modular and multifunctional interiors, interzum once again proved to be a key platform for discovering future trends in design and manufacturing.

Many of these solutions offer immediate applications for motorhomes, caravans, and other mobile accommodation units.

In case you missed the event, our team has created this highlights video featuring interviews with key players from some of the most interesting exhibitors, as well as product highlights from eye-catching innovations.

The international significance of Interzum is underscored by the numbers: since its first edition in 1959, the event has grown to expect over 67,000 visitors in 2025, a 5 per cent increase compared to the 2023 edition. The share of international visitors, which reached nearly 80 per cent in 2023, is expected to grow further, especially from China.

At the 2025 edition, roughly 82 per cent of exhibitors were from from Europe, mainly from Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, and Austria, while 14 per cent will be from Asia (with a strong presence from China and India) and 3 per cent from North America. The Italian participation is particularly noteworthy, with 275 exhibitors compared to 220 from Germany, as well as the significant growth in Chinese representation.
