Following a successful first edition in Lisbon last year, one-day international glamping industry event, The Glamping Show European Forum, is set to return this November.
The 2026 event will take place on 26 November at Basecamp Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and organisers of The Glamping Show have partnered with leading glamping and leisure expert Richard Otten and Pleisureworld in order to promote it more widely to the glamping industry in the Benelux.
Designed to bring together glamping industry professionals from across the continent, the European Forum will host a comprehensive schedule of conference sessions focused on the realities of running, growing and supplying the glamping industry, as well as a networking lunch and the opportunity to meet some of the industry’s most innovative and interesting businesses.
Confirmed speakers for the 2026 event so far include Kerry Roy, Sarah Riley, Richard and Alette Bastiaansen, with further speakers and sessions still to be announced.
However, organisers stress that the European Forum is about more than just the programme on stage, but also new conversations, introductions, and the development of new professional relationships.
Richard Otten said: “I am delighted to be working with The Glamping Show to bring the European Forum to Amsterdam. The glamping and outdoor hospitality market is developing rapidly, and operators need access to practical knowledge, fresh ideas and the right professional connections.
“This Forum will provide an excellent opportunity for our community to learn from one another and discuss where the sector is heading next.”
More information about the European Forum can be found on the event’s official website.
